Our company was founded in 1924 by my grandfather Francesco Canel, who delivered, using wood barrels dragged by horses, the best fruit of our lands to the inns of the Mark of Treviso (o Marca Trevigiana): the sparkling wine.

Since that time, in fact, our family has been cultivating and producing with love and devotion these so dainty and refined grapes that gave, through the wine-marking, such a product that only in the last 10-15 years found the right recognition on the market. Besides it could easily be compared for quality and refinement with the so titled French wines. The obstinacy of my father Corrado, due to the firm belief to handle a high quality product.

Succeeded in developing the company and marking our name well-known.
Now I am proud that this name is bound to this wine.
And I, Delano, Keeping the family tradition up, try to make it well-known not only over the whole national territory, but even abroad. Our favourite piece is certainly the Sparkling Wine Prosecco Brut and Extra Dry Doc.

But my work, that consist also of discovering and probing new zones, taught me that the market exigences are in constant evolution and alwais different from year to year and from place to place.

Therefore, our constant engagement is aimed to widen the range of the products, keeping the quality as first point. All this has the aim to meet, through an extending everywhere delivery, the exigences of this living market that wantss to win a more and more first rate place, stamping not to be unprepared to receive the new century. Seizing completely this feeling, we, too, can say:"We are ready and proud to take towards the years 2000 the nectar of the ancient gods".
